But instead of investing in child care, Mayor Adams wants to cut $170 million to our universal and free 3-K program — that’s more than 10,000 seats that won’t be available anymore. After promising that every family with a 3 year old will get an accessible seat, thousands of families did not get one — while many got seats that were way too far away to use.
